Udon Noodle Stir Fry
This stir fry is inspired by the popular dish Shanghai Fried Noodles, which features thick, chewy wheat noodles. We’re substituting easier to find, but equally addicting to eat, Japanese udon noodles. Choose between Miller Farms chicken or tofu stir fried with mushrooms, bok choy, and bell peppers in a sauce of light and dark soy sauce and Shaoxing wine. Tofu version is vegan.
